My mission is to teach movement patterns and physical abilities to effortlessly improve your overall health and help you reach goals.
Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness are worth the challenge. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, and constantly adapting my program to the needs of my new clients.

Do you know your Physical Handicap?
The evaluation process aims to ascertain the presence of any potential power leakage, if applicable, by precisely identifying the strengths and weaknesses within a golfer's swing. This allows for the identification of specific areas requiring improvement, ensuring that training efforts are focused and efficient, no time is wasted. Evaluation includes upper body, core and lower body strength and power. In the end, we are also able to compare the results with tour player's average. To conclude the evaluation, you will have exclusive access to your customized exercise regime to bring home to practice, which will enable your body's ability to maximize its full potential.

Long Term Athletic Development
It is scientifically proven that the learning windows for juniors from age 4-6, 6-8, 9-12, and teenage years are all different. It is crucial for us to train their FMS and FSS to become a fully functional athlete before any sport specialization. Windows of trainability depends on growth velocity, prior experience, genotype, maturity, age, hormonal influence, strength and nervous system development, muscle fibre type differentiation. There are over 12 windows of trainability in our model.
Another critically important factor we consider is.. they must be HAVING FUN!!! We target junior training with specific exercises in a way that they won't even feel like it's hard work.
