Rachel has been an absolute dream to work with since day one! I’ve been training with Rachel since late 2019 with the initial goal of losing weight for my wedding photoshoot to now, just to continually improve my physical health and composition. Previous to engaging in Rachel’s exercise and diet program, I’ve tried other trendy workouts and also have tried to go to the gym from time to time without any guidance and working on random exercises (mostly machines) without much results; I used to be lost as to what to do in order to reach my goals and thus would give up easily as it seemed like a torturous path to follow. Since the beginning of the journey, Rachel has been extremely attentive and mindful to my goals, giving clear and detailed instructions on the type of exercises to do and calculating the macros I have to eat. She monitors closely (on physical and emotional situation) and often checks in with my progress, making adjustments every week to cater to the results that I yield. Rachel is very patient and easy to communicate with - no question is too easy or too complicated for her to answer and she takes the time to thoroughly explain everything clearly to ensure that exercises are executed correctly at all times. Through Rachel’s exercise regime, I’ve noticed huge improvements on my physique, as well as an obvious improvement to my energy, mobility, and especially physical strength. Rachel was able to create a program that was engaging and easy to follow, so that slowly but surely it has become integrated in my daily lifestyle as a habit. I cannot recommend anyone better than Rachel as a fitness coach. She is enthusiastic, well educated, caring, and truly loves to help people achieve their goals. Because of Rachel’s guidance, I now live a healthier and more confident lifestyle, and I actually ENJOY exercising now!

我和Rachel一起健身四年,在那之前我只是打羽毛球,最初只是觉得健身有点枯燥,而打球是群体运动,乐趣比较多。   


随着时间的推移,以及我的健身频率的增加,我感受到了身体很大的变化,特别是灵活性、对称性和力量


健身让我更加自律的生活,首先让我意识到要保证健身的效果和质量,就要有充足的睡眠、健康的饮食、以及足够的拉伸。而要做到这些,就要有效的管理自己的时间和生活方式,做到不能熬夜,尽量早睡早起,保持充沛的精力,还好我不喜欢酒精.另外在这个过程中不断的调整饮食,即保障面对训练的强度,又要保持身材。我会和教练学习鸡胸肉的做法,会探讨各种食物的卡路里摄入量,各种筋络不舒服的改善。健身让我的生活方式更加健康,身材也慢慢的变得越来越好。


我达到了最初的目标,但是随着时间的积累,我在健身之旅中又有了新的目标,那就是塑造更完美的自己,练出更好的臀线


遇到Rachel是我很大的幸运,她上课对我身体每个细节都很关注,每一次课前都会询问我的身体状况,每一个小的细节,她会给到我帮助,打羽毛球的肌肉训练,反应训练,以及拉伸。她精准的把握上课的节奏,每一次都是恰当的强度,嚷肌肉有酸痛感。她是个非常棒的教练,现在她已经是我生活的一部分,我非常的信任她,和她上健身课已经是我生活里不能缺少的东西,感谢你,Rachel,生命里遇到你!

Rachel教練真的很好很專業!從開始到結果才不到4個月,我就從195磅減到170磅。之前試過很多不同的訓練和飲食調節,都沒有什麽用,但是自從跟了Rachel教練,她的方法感覺很方便,儘管我一周忙足7天的工作量都能夠很穩定得跟從。每天都有固定的目標,而且服務非常周到。減重期間一直覺得精力越來越好,而不是以前減重時候壓力大沒力氣那種感覺。我以前有做運動健身的經驗,但是教練給的訓練都沒有以前難,讓我覺得很容易融入每天生活中!現在還在努力中,能達到我開頭的目標讓我感到對健身有希望,并且想塑造自己更好的體型!非常推薦這麽負責和認真的教練!

1. 時間:我和Rachel一起訓練是在2019年的10月開始至今。在系統健身之前,我一直在堅持羽毛球運動,已經有十五年左右的時間。羽毛球運動和健身運動不衝突,健身是比較全面的運動。2. 改進:自從開始健身後,肌肉力量明顯增強,特別是頸椎核心腰腹力量明顯上升!腿部肌肉變得非常結實!健身之前2015年至2019年一直针炙颈椎腰椎问题严重影响了我的正常生活!通过健身不断改善,至今!很喜欢这种运动!
3. 意願和興趣:我有興趣和動力在鍛練期間遵守規定!我在生活方式上嚴格要求自己,吃健康食品,按時休息,我感覺生活日新月異!
4目標:我的健身目標基本達到,但是我覺得我還有進步空間!
